General information

Artwork

All orders should be accompanied by 600+DPI black and white camera-ready artwork. (If the order is a repeat order, new artwork is not necessary, unless otherwise requested.) Word documents and letterheads are not acceptable for artwork. The art department reserves the right to cleanup artwork without prior notification, when necessary, to bring art up to proper quality, strength, or size. A charge, not to exceed $50.00 maybe assessed for this. Should necessary charges exceed that amount, you will be notified prior to artwork cleanup.

Production Time

Allow 3-5 business days to produce artwork suitable for engraving. Normal production time is 5-7 business days after approval of artwork. Rush service is available with a rush charge to be assessed at the time of the request.

Set-Up

There is a charge of $30-$50 for set-up per layout. The set-up charge for repeat orders is $25. Where there are multiple logos or excessive engraving additional charges may apply (you will be notified if this is applicable). If only straight-line copy is to be etched the make-ready charge is $30.

Personalization or Copy Changes

$6.00 to change one line of copy, $2.00 for each additional line change.

Proofs

There is no charge for the first paper proof on orders. Any changes made on the proof that were not on the original art will incur additional charges.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled will be subject to payment for all set-up costs, plus all applicable product and production costs.

Shipping & Pick Up

Unless noted otherwise, all orders will be shipped via UPS, F.O.B. factory, California. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Orders are available for pickup M-F 8:00-3:00 at 3361 Chicago Ave. Riverside, CA 92507

Product Availability & Pricing

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from our line and to change the pricing or services at any time, prior to our accepting an order. All items are subject to availability.

Trademarks

All liability for the proper use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples any item produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights.
